I must congratulate all those who concieved the idea and coordinated the conference. It was heartening to see the ages, nos and zeal of the participants. personally I had joined the conference (not the rally) with following preconcieved notions:
1. The younger generation would ask us the questions on what we attempted in the past to avert such ugly situations and analyse the causes of failure.
2. Once again analyze the sitaution and then most importantly:
2. Discuss strategies - both for individual action as well as collective - to overcome the hatreds and build a tolerant society in our region.
